Online System And Agent Route
The new MM2H system is listed as effective 2025-08-01 at https://www.mm2h.gov.my/portal. The system process fee is RM 500 excluding SST.
FD withdrawal guidance is saved as After approval as MM2H participant; recheck timing before operational use.

- IMM.12 visit pass application form
- Copy of principal passport biodata page
- Copy of dependant passport biodata page
- Proof of family relationship, translated and certified by Malaysian embassy/high commission/consulate or Malaysia Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Certificate of good conduct / police certificate / clearance for principal and dependants aged 18+
- Other necessary documents if needed
Endorsement checklist
- Copy of conditional approval letter
- Health insurance for participants below 60
- Medical report
- Statutory declaration for dependants aged 21-34 confirming single and not working in Malaysia
- Stamped security bond form
- Receipt/statement for security bond
- Receipt/statement for processing fee
- Fixed deposit certificate tagged lien
- Other additional documents if needed
