What Is MM2H?
Malaysia My Second Home is a Malaysian government long-stay programme under Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC). Applications are handled through One Stop Centre Malaysia My Second Home (OSC MM2H), while immigration matters remain under Ministry of Home Affairs through the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
Who Can Apply?
- Applicants must be foreign individuals from sovereign countries with diplomatic relations with Malaysia.
- Applications must be submitted and completed through an MM2H tour operating business licensed by MOTAC under the Tourism Industry Act 1992 [Act 482].
- New and renewal matters go through OSC MM2H.
